Paul W. Fiddick is President of Emmis International, a division of Emmis Communications Corp. (NASDAQ:EMMS). Emmis International operates national radio channels in Hungary (Sláger Rádío), Slovakia (Rádio Expres), Bulgaria (Radio FM Plus, Radio Fresh, and STAR FM), and a network serving the Flanders region of Belgium (Be One).

Paul Fiddick served as Assistant Secretary for Administration of the U.S. Department of Agriculture from 1999 until 2001, and also served as Acting Secretary of Agriculture during the interregnum between the Clinton and Bush administrations.

Immediately prior to government service, Paul Fiddick was Vice Chairman and acting President of Motorola's internet affiliate, RadioWave.com, Inc.

Paul Fiddick co-founded Heritage Media Corporation in 1987, and was President of its radio division until its sale to News Corporation, Ltd. in 1997. At Heritage, he acquired a total of 24 radio stations in seven major markets, including the largest station cluster in the Kansas City market. The radio division was the fastest-growing of Heritage Media's four business groups in the 1990's, and reported thirty-eight consecutive quarterly cash flow increases to its shareholders.

Prior to joining Heritage, Paul Fiddick was President of the radio subsidiary of Multimedia, Inc., and held executive positions at radio stations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Kansas City, Missouri.

Paul Fiddick sat on the board and was a past Chairman of the Radio Advertising Bureau, and served two terms as a director of the National Association of Broadcasters. He is currently a member of the General Administration Board for the Graduate School, USDA. He also serves on the advisory board for Business for Diplomatic Action.
